4/29 - Heard the heartbeat!

Had my second doctor's appointment yesterday and got to hear the heartbeat for the first time!  I didn't know what I was hearing at first - it sounded staticky and like something underwater (which Jess reminded me, it kind of is :) ).  The nurse said that was the heart beat!  She also asked if I 'felt that,' which I didn't - apparently baby girl moved, but I haven't noticed it myself yet.

Welcome to our Blog!

I don't blog and I don't usually like to write about myself.  But, I wanted to keep track of all the things that are happening and to share them with you.  I enjoyed Shani's blog about her pregnancy so much because even though we live far apart, I could see how she was doing and share her excitement, at my own leisure.  So hopefully this will do the same for you.  Looking forward to the journey!
